Delete your Marshmob account

You can delete your Marshmob account and its data at any time. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account: it stays on our servers, and your device keeps the key to it (on Android, while the phone's Google backup is on) so a reinstall can sign you back in.

In the game (fastest)

Open Marshmob and go to Settings > Account.
Press and hold Delete account until the bar fills. Letting go early cancels it.
Your account is closed right away and scheduled for deletion.

Changed your mind? For 30 days you can restore it: open the game on the same device and tap Restore account, and everything comes back as it was. To play on without it, tap and hold Start a new account instead. After 30 days the account is deleted for good and cannot be restored.

Without the app

If you no longer have the game or the device, email contact@marshmob.app with the subject "Delete my account" and include:

your player tag (for example #K7Q2M, shown on your profile), and
if you ever bought something: the order ID from your App Store or Google Play receipt, so we can confirm the account is yours.

A player tag is shown to other players, so a request with a tag alone is carried out only for an account that has not been played for 30 days or more; an account still in use is deleted in the game. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days, with the same 30-day grace period. We never ask for a password.

Unused Rubies and items are lost when the account is deleted, and deleting an account refunds nothing by itself. If you have paid Rubies you have not used and the law where you live gives you a refund of them when you leave (Korea's rules for online content do), contact us before you delete, with your player tag and order IDs; see the Terms.
